Over 40 unique breast cancer PDX models are currently available within our PDX model cancer collection, including the most common and therapeutically relevant breast cancer diagnoses. Our models using NSG™ (005557) mice have distinct advantages as hosts for human breast tumors, preserving the biological characteristics of the original tumor. In addition, NSG™ mice support the robust growth of ER+ breast tumors that historically have been difficult to develop using other mouse models.
Additional breast cancer models are available in the Mouse Tumor Biology Database. Mice engrafted with breast PDX samples are available for efficacy testing at JAX In Vivo Services or for distribution to your facility. For most of our breast PDX tumors, gene expression data and genomic data, standard of care data and pathology images are available through the Mouse Tumor Biology Database.
