The Jackson Laboratory Anitech Biotechnology (Beijng) Limited (“JAX-Anitech”) is a majority owned subsidiary of The Jackson Laboratory and joint venture with Beijing Northern Anitech Limited. The Jackson Laboratory and JAX-Anitech have entered into a licensing agreement whereby JAX-Anitech serves as the exclusive distributor of JAX^© Mice in the Peoples Republic of China, with rights to use JAX marks and logos. JAX, The Jackson Laboratory and The Jackson Laboratory logo(s) are registered trademarks of The Jackson Laboratory.
